Die Azienda Agricola Pescaja wurde 1990 von Giuseppe Guido, genannt „Beppe“, im Alter von 19 Jahren in Cisterna d'Asti (Fraz. San Matteo) gegründet und bewirtschaftet heute rund 15 ha eigene sowie 4 ha zugepachtete Rebflächen im Roero und Monferrato; das Leitmotto lautet „Sole, Cuore, Anima“ (Sonne, Herz, Seele).
