Die Tenuta liegt bei Monti nahe Olbia auf knapp 100 Hektar, davon etwa 20 Hektar spezialisierte Rebfläche. Seit 2018 wird der Entwicklungsweg von Giordano Emendatori geprägt. Im Weinberg arbeitet der Betrieb von Hand und verzichtet laut eigener Betriebsdarstellung auf Pestizide, Herbizide und chemische Dünger. Neben Vermentino wachsen unter anderem Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale Sardo, Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon. Geprägt ist der Standort durch Granit, Meereswind und mediterrane Vegetation.
