Das 188 Hektar grosse Gut in der Ema-Talschaft bei Greve in Chianti wurde 1996 von François Schneider aus dem Verfall gerettet; seit 2015 baut Winzer Simone Zemella die Reben biologisch-biodynamisch aus und verfolgt im Keller einen non-interventionistischen Stil mit Spontangärung und alten Holzfässern, Keramik- und Betontanks.
