Die Cuvée Barthélémy ist ein Verschnitt aus Merlot (85%) und Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), stammend von der Parzelle „Les Rocs“. Nach der Vinifikation reift der Wein mindestens zwei Jahre im Fass und wird ohne Filtration abgefüllt.
