Der Laccento ist der Spitzenwein von Montalbera aus 100% Ruché-Trauben, die teils überreif geerntet und teils direkt am Rebstock angetrocknet werden; nach 12–14 Tagen Maischestandzeit erfolgt der Ausbau ausschliesslich im Edelstahltank, um das intensiv florale, an Rosen und Waldbeeren erinnernde Aroma zu bewahren.
