Heller, frischer Vermentino mit exotischer Frucht, Zitrusnoten und mineralisch-salziger Prägung. Die Trauben werden sanft gepresst; nach statischer Klärung erfolgt die Gärung mit selektierten Hefen im Edelstahltank, anschließend reift der Wein etwa acht Monate im Stahl und weiter in der Flasche.
