Su’entu Agricola Srl wurde 2012 gegründet und bewirtschaftet ein zweiteiliges Gut bei Sanluri: Der ältere Betriebsteil umfasst 50 Hektar mit 32 Hektar Reben, der seit 2019 entwickelte zweite Teil weitere 40 Hektar mit 8 Hektar Rebfläche. Zum Gut gehören auch Olivenhaine, Gemüseflächen, Kellerei und Restaurant. Die Kellerei ist auf kurze Wege und die Verbindung von Produktion und Besuchsbetrieb ausgelegt. Quelle: Cantine Su’Entu.
