Der Topwein von Bodegas Mas Alta besteht aus altem Rebbestand: 'mostly old-vine Cariñena with 30% Garnacha and 20% Syrah from eight different vineyards, two of them in La Vilella Baixa and the rest in La Vilella Alta.' Der Wein reifte in Betonbehältern und wurde anschliessend in neuen französischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut.
