Sauvignon has a straw yellow color and an exuberant fruit aroma with herbaceous hints that go from elderflowers to sage and from bell-pepper to magnolia flowers. In the mouth it is sapid, displaying an aromatic persistence. Der Wein wird vollreif Ende August gelesen und anschließend für einige Tage im Edelstahltank kalt mazeriert, anschliessend sanft abgepresst und kühl im Edelstahl vergoren. Der Wein wird unter dem Namen 'Le fabuleux Sauvignon Blanc de Lulu' im Zürcher Restaurant Lulu als Hausname für den De Lorenzi Sauvignon Friuli DOC ausgeschenkt.
