Die Trauben stammen aus einer 1,5 Hektar grossen Parzelle oberhalb der Grand-Cru-Lagen Vaudésir und Les Clos, ungewöhnlich für Petit Chablis mit hohem Anteil an Kimmeridgium. Der Ausbau erfolgt vollständig in Edelstahl, wodurch die klare Frucht und die Spannung erhalten bleiben. Der 2023er zeigt reinen Pfirsich- und Zitrusduft, lebendige Säure, salzige Mineralität und einen mittelkräftigen, trockenen Körper; Holz und ausgeprägte Tannine fehlen.
