Die Cantina Pala wurde 1950 von Salvatore Pala in Serdiana bei Cagliari gegründet und ist bis heute ein Familienbetrieb, der auf autochthone sardische Rebsorten wie Vermentino, Cannonau, Nuragus, Bovale und Monica setzt; 2024 übernahm die toskanische Winzerin Lia Tolaini-Banville den Betrieb und treibt eine stärkere Ausrichtung auf biologischen Anbau voran.
