Weißwein aus Vernaccia von einer sandigen Küstenparzelle im Oristanese. Nach dem Entrappen startet die spontane Gärung in Terrakotta-Amphoren; bei zwei Dritteln der Gärung wird gepresst und anschließend Bâtonnage durchgeführt.
